今年は218名のご回答をいただきました。
評価とコメントは来年度のコースやサービスの改善、またポリシーを決める上で参考とさせていただきます。
大きなチェーン校ならできないかもしれませんが、私たちは個人の学校ですので、皆様のお声を聞かせていただくことで改善していくことができると思っております。

9月と10月のニュースレターで、アンケートの結果とご心配やご質問への回答をお伝えしたいと思っています。
・コースへのフィードバック
全体として2017年よりご満足度は83.9％にあがりました。
最もご満足度が高かったコースはWorld Kids2（12-17歳）で、92％でした。
最も低かったコースはPhonics123コースシリーズでした。このシリーズは最も古いコースですが、2019年度には内容を見直し、大きく変革する予定です。
・講師へのフィードバック
ご満足度は2017年の91.6％から93.1％にあがりました。
すべての講師 (Noah, Jim, Matt, Aki and Ryan)に対するご満足度は2017年より全員あがりました。当校では講師に対するトレーニングやモニタリング、フィードバックを行なっており、すべての講師のすべてのレッスンが良いレッスンであるように努めています。
・去年より評価が高かった点
カフェ、リーディングツリー、マネージャーの満足度、校内の清潔さ、ホームページの満足度

2017年から大幅に変わりました。全体として参加生徒数は去年より５倍増でした。2017年は参加数は10人に1人の割合でしたが、現在は2人に1人です。

今月もう少し簡単なレベルのシートをリリースし、本も増やす予定です。2019年度にはもう少し小さなお子様にも参加していただけるようにするつもりです。
来月のニュースレターでは2017年の結果より良くなかった点と保護者様のコメントをシェアさせていたければと思っています。

As many of you will know, we had our Mother Viewing Day survey in July and August this year. 218 people completed the form. This is a very important survey as it helps us decide policy for the upcoming academic year. Many of your comments and selections will influence the April 2019 to March 2020 services and courses. To allow students to influence policy in this way is not impossible in a large chain company but as an independent school it is wonderful to be in the position to give the students this voice. In some cases, parents took as much as an hour to write comments for us. This is incredible and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much to every parent, guardian or teen that completed the survey, in every case your voice counts.
In this newsletter and in the October newsletter, I would like to share some of the results and also respond to student’s concerns and questions.
Firstly, feedback on courses. Overall, the satisfaction with courses increased from 2017 to 83.9%. The course that was rated most satisfactory was the new World Kids 2 course for 12 to 17 year olds. This had a satisfaction rate of 92%. For the first time ever, the lowest rated course series was P123. This course series is the oldest of the course series and will be receiving major changes and updates in the 2019 academic year.
Secondly, I would like to talk about satisfaction with teachers. This went up from 91.6% in 2017 to 93.1% in 2018. All the teachers who were in both the 2017 and 2018 survey (Noah, Jim, Matt, Aki and Ryan) increased their score from last year. This is due to training and re-training and our continuous monitoring and feedback we use with all our teachers to make sure every lesson of every teacher is a good lesson.
Thirdly, I would like to talk about other parts of the school that received higher scores than last year. They were cafe facility, reading tree, satisfaction with managers, school cleanliness and satisfaction with homepage.
In the case of the Reading Tree we saw the biggest jumps from 2017. The overall participation of students in the scheme has jumped 500% from last year. In 2017, 1 in 10 students were using the books and now the ratio is 1 in 2. Thank you so much for your participation. We are releasing more low level sheets this month (and more books) so even with the very young learners we hope we can bring participation even higher in 2019.
In next month’s newsletter I will talk about some of the aspects of the school that were weaker than 2017 and also share some of the parents or guardians comments.
